I can now get a live connection to the thermostat, and changes made on the app reflect on the thermostat almost immediately. I've the latest Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat SYSTXCCITC01-B installed in March of this year. I'm having trouble with connection to the Myinfinity server. My wifi connection is fine and it works with everything else in the house with the exception of the intermittent connection with the MyInfinity server. Version A vs Version B.
